The Westpac MasterCard® Gift Card can be used at millions of locations worldwide where MasterCard® is accepted. This includes shopping online, over the phone or in person. You can even check your balance or transaction history online.

Westpac wishes to advise that unfortunately the Woolworths Group (including Safeway supermarkets, Big W, BWS, Dan Murphy's, Dick Smith Electronics, Dick Smith Power House and Tandy) and Coles Group (including Bi-Lo supermarkets, K-Mart, Target, Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars) do not currently accept Westpac MasterCard Gift Cards.

How to buy a Gift Card


Choose a card for any amount from $15 to $800. You can buy your Gift Cards:
  • At any Westpac branch - for just $4.95 (including GST).

  • Online for $5.95 (including GST).

    (    Note: You can expect to receive your card within 5 working days in metropolitan areas and 8 working days in rural areas. You can place 1 online order per day - up to a maximum of 5 cards. Delivery of cards can only be made within Australia).

For card balances and transactions enquiries call the Gift Card Call Centre on 1800 204 965 within Australia or +61 2 9293 9292 from overseas. This service is provided by eFunds Prepaid Solutions and may incur a fee as outlined in the conditions of use and frequently asked questions.
