Step 1
Read the Product Disclosure Statement which includes an application form.

If you would like a paper copy of the PDS please call 13 21 35 or email an expert.

The PDS contains information about investing in the BT Investor Choice Funds. We advise you read the PDS before applying for units in the funds offered.

Step 2
Complete and sign the application form attached to the back of the PDS.

Step 3
Send the completed, signed application form and a cheque for your initial investment to:
