1. 0.70% p.a. discount is available for variable rate loan amounts of $250,000 and above (for Low Doc loan, the discount is 0.6% p.a. for variable rate loan amounts between $250,000 and $499,999). For variable rate loan amounts between $150,000 and $249,999, the applicable discount is 0.4% p.a.The discount is not applicable to First Option Home Loan and First Option Investment Property Loan.
2. 0.20% p.a. fixed rate discount is not available for Premium Option with 1 Year Guarantee and Investment Loan with 1 Year Guarantee.
3. For new business originated from 19 September 2005. A rate of 7.81% pa applies to loans originated prior to 19 September 2005.
4. For new business originated from 21 March 2005. A rate of 7.81% pa applies to loans originated prior to 21 March 2005.
5. For new business originated from 21 March 2005. A rate of 7.23% pa applies to loans originated prior to 21 March 2005.
