Step 1
Contact Westpac as soon as possible if you suspect any of the transactions on your card are fraudulent.
Step 2
Identify and inform a representative from Westpac's Fraud Detection team informing them of specific fraudulent transactions.
Step 3
Confirm and sign the "Transaction Investigation Request" form within 14 days of receipt. This request will outline the list of transactions that are fraudulent.
Step 4
Inform your service providers of your new credit card details if you have regular payments (direct debits) taken from your credit card (refer to the attached list of common service providers for your convenience).
