Switch your business credit cards
1. Select the right card
A. Existing BusinessChoice card customers:
Customers who have a BusinessChoice Card can switch to either of our current BusinessChoice cards by filling in the
BusinessChoice Credit Card application form (PDF 130kb)
B. Existing Westpac personal and Altitude Business Limited Edition Card customers
If you are an existing consumer Altitude card holder and wish to switch to a business card you may:
either:
Switch to an Altitude Business Limited Edition cards (Note- this is not offered for general sale)
If you are using of your Altitude consumer card predominantly for business transactions you could switch to an Altitude Business Limited Edition card and earn Altitude points on your business spend.

Note:
- Using your Altitude consumer card for business purposes is a breach of the Consumer Credit cards conditions of use.
- Customers with an existing BusinessChoice card cannot switch to an Altitude Business Limited Edition card because the Altitude Business Limited Edition card is an individual liability card issued in the cardholder's personal name while the BusinessChoice card is a issued in the business name and the business entity and the Principals are jointly and severally liable for transactions on the card account.

Apply for our BusinessChoice Everyday or BusinessChoice Reward Card
You could apply for a new BusinessChoice Everyday or BusinessChoice Rewards card and then close your Altitude Business Limited Edition cards or Personal cards.
Note: - Customers with an existing consumer card or Altitude Business Limited Edition Card cannot switch to a BusinessChoice Card because the consumer and Altitude Business Limited Edition cards are individual liability cards issued in a cardholder's personal name while the BusinessChoice card is issued in the name of a business entity that, together with the Principals is jointly and severally liable for transactions on the card account.
2. Contact your service providers – once your new business card is ready, if you have any existing direct debits (eg utility bills) notify the providers of these services of your new account details.
For contact details of your service providers, look on your bills or search the white pages.
If you need to provide your new account details in writing, our online form can help you generate the letters required, which you can then print and send to your service providers.
3. Cancel your old credit or charge card – allow time for your direct debits to transfer over to your new Westpac credit card or charge card before contacting your previous financial institution to close your old account.
